Shipping & Delivery U.S. Orders We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California. Our shipping schedule is Mon-Fri excluding holidays. All Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week. ex: Friday-Sun orders ship Monday or Tuesday.

Orders placed after 2pm will be fulfilled and shipped next business day. -Guaranteed services such as express and next day are valid on weekdays if orders are placed before 2pm. -If an order is placed with any of the above services on Friday after 2pm Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out Monday.
-Please be advised that all shipment time frames cannot be guaranteed due to courier delays.
-Economy is not an expedited service and is not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer than "estimated" time frame.

ZOJE SWIM is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout. We will re ship your order and customer is in charge of new shipping fee. Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
